J’autorise le CFE à conserver le DVD de sélection de mon film pour consultation uniquement dans ses locaux et pour ses archives / I authorize the CFE to keep the preview DVD of my film for their archive and for internal non-public screening only.

J’autorise, pour la promotion du Festival international Jean Rouch, la diffusion d’un extrait de mon film (2 à 4 mn.) à la télévision et sur le site Internet du Comité du Film Ethnographique / I authorize the CFE to make available to television and website an excerpt of the film up to 4 minutes, for the promotion of the Jean Rouch International Film Festival.

Si mon film est primé, j’autorise le CFE à conserver la copie de projection pendant un an pour diffusion non commerciale dans un cadre institutionnel et européen (Musée, Université, CNRS, CAFFE - Coordinating Anthropological Film Festivals of Europe...) / If my film is awarded, I authorize the CFE to keep the screening copy during one year to be shown for non-commercial screening in Museums, Universities, CNRS, CAFFE - Coordinating Anthropological Film Festivals of Europe...

Je mandate le CFE pour effectuer le dépôt légal de mon film auprès de la Bibliothèque nationale de France s’il est sélectionné. Je joins à cet effet un support supplémentaire (DVD, DV, Beta, fichier MPEG sur DVD-R) ou, à défaut, autorise le CFE à prêter le DVD de sélection à la BNF pour en tirer une copie d’archive. (Tout vidéogramme présenté au public relève du dépôt légal auprès de la BNF. Celle-ci en assure la conservation, la description sur son catalogue et la mise à la disposition des chercheurs et des professionnels dans ses enceintes « Recherche ».) / I commission the CFE to make the legal deposit of my film at the BNF (French National Library) if it is selected. I send a copy (DVD, DV, Beta, MPEG file on DVD-R) for this purpose or, if not, authorize the CFE to lend it to BNF in order to make an archival copy. (Any film on video presented to a French audience is subject to legal deposit. The BNF guarantees its preservation, its cataloguing and its access to researchers and professionals in its premises.)
